Welcome USAA Folks!

The workshops that follow are all specifically designed for USAA people. We will be using USAA examples, and talking about how the ideas we cover are relevant to USAA.

Each of these sessions has been delivered many, many times at USAA in the past, and so we know that they truly talk to best practices and skills that make a difference within USAA.

The courses are ideally designed for people who might want to review the content, to see if it would be relevant to other people in their own part of USAA. Perhaps you already attended one of BCR’s workshops in the past, and felt it might benefit others? Perhaps the topic appears to be something very relevant to the work you do? 
Whatever your motive for attending, we will be delighted to welcome you onto these USAA workshops.
